| Description | Dear Mr. Kerwin Chen, We have acceptance test in SKB factory for MP products. It used SW v 15.513.10. But one of STB has an issue not to enter Google login menu. It is the video clip for this issue https://photos.app.goo.gl/u7kZUgQdMg3mEe9NA And I also attached log. Could you check why this issue happen ? | ||||

Hi Mr. Yoon, Is it failed when SKB receive that STB ? From the log, there is a problem to execute webview but it is hard to know the root cause. I see an account "shine.sson@gmail.com" in the log. Do you know about this ? Thanks! |

HI Kerwin Chen reply 0000881:0004042 That is my private account. I want to check google login function, so I try login with PC. That is no problem. the problem is Google login menu with RCU. thanks SON |

Hi SON, The account information is found in STB log so I think it is OK to login at Google Setup Wizard. Is it correct ? Could you try to do factory rest in Google Setting menu and try again ? If it is ok, then I think there may be file corrupted during Google update APP. Thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin The problem is login at Google Setup with RCU. please see the video clip I have to try google factory reset, and firmware update. but login at Google Setup with RCU still can not. Thanks SON |

Hi Kerwin, He doesn't try it. So we will bring it to our office and we will try. If there is no issue after download using Amlogic burning tool, then can we think that the root cause is Firmware download in your factory ? |

Hi Mr. Yoon, I think it is hard to say there is a problem in Foxconn's factory. As you know, Webview will upgrade itself once STB is connected to Internet. We have a SOP not to connect STB to Internet after doing FW upgrade and factory reset in factory. Otherwise, you may see wrong timezone/language setting during Google Setup Wizard. |

Hi SH is this also from the July inspection lot? If so I suggest to add this issue into the current inspection report and return to factory along with other defective devices. Thanks Henry |

Hi Henry This issue was opened August. and defective unit is under reviewing now by Kerwin at Korea SKB office. I will report to you august inspection report until next week include this issue. Thanks SON |
